When are you open?

Wednesday - Sunday: Noon - 8pm. See Booking Page for specific room times.

How many rooms do you currently have running?

We currently have three rooms, the Lamp of the Genie hosting a maximum of 6 people, The Magicarium, hosting a maximum of 8 people, and the Arcane Archives, hosting a maximum of 6 people.

Can you host to a party of 8 or more?

We can host 8 people in the Magicarium.  Groups of 5 or more will be split into 2 groups that will battle their way through the light and dark path. You will be able to talk to each other and the groups will meet in the middle where they can mock each others progress.

Is there a group discount?

We do not offer group discounts. The initial cost (deposit) is $50 + tax for two people (which comes out to $25 plus tax per person).  Each additional person is $25 +tax.
 

Will I be in a room with people I don't know?

At Fantescapes, once you have booked a room it is your private game. We never share your room with people outside your own party.

Can my child have their birthday party at Fantescapes?

Celebrating birthdays by doing an Escape Room at Fantescapes is always welcome, however, there is a party size restriction (see above), and also an age restriction (see below)

Do you have an age restriction?

THERE MUST ALWAYS BE A PERSON 16 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER in the room.  They can only be responsible for any players accompanying them that are 13, 14, or 15 years of age.  They cannot be responsible for 12 & under.

**THERE MUST ALWAYS BE ONE PERSON 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER in the room  *for every* PERSON 12 YEARS & under in the room.  For example, if there are three 12 & under, there must also be three 18 & overs.  These adults will cosign the waiver for their respective child.

 

Can I cancel my booking?

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR to your game to avoid losing your deposit. Cancellations can be made by phone or email, and are re-booked to a new time slot.
